NEW SERVICE: ONLINE EMAIL NOTIFICATION OF UTILITY BILL
Maryville Utilities now offers online notification that your bill is ready for electronic viewing each month. If you are interested in signing up, call Customer Service at 273-3456 or click here to to contact us. Use the blank box to let us know you are requesting electronic billing. You will receive a confirmation and some further instructions on how to use this service. Please note that your due date could possibly change by signing up for email notification.

Bank Draft is Maryville Utilities free automatic payment program. By having your utility bill automatically drafted from you bank or credit union account you can save
Time and effort in bill paying. Money on postage, gas and check charges.
Worry over misplaced bills and penalties.
As a Bank Draft customer, you will continue to receive a monthly statement that looks like a normal bill but reads "Amount to be Drafted". Your payment will be automatically drafted from the bank account on file on your normal payment due date. Click here to download a Bank Draft application.
SHARE THE WARMTH
In our community there are hundreds of families who will suffer from the cold this winter because they are not able to heat their homes. Many of them are elderly or handicapped; some have children who will share their suffering. SHARE THE WARMTH was designed to help with this problem. Customers of Maryville Utilities will be givin the opportunity to contribute funds to assist their less fortunate neighbors. Please call 865-273-3462 or e-mail dkryan@ci.maryville.tn.us to find out how you can contribute to, help those less fortunate stay warm this winter.
