1) Q:  Who do I call to schedule a group tour of the fire station?
A:  Contact Fire Department at 273-3650 or 273-3601


2) Q:  My smoke detector is making a chirping noise. What's wrong with it?
A:  The battery is probably low. Replace it immediately and remember to test your batteries once a month. Also, change your batteries whenever you change your clocks to and from Daylight Saving Time.

3) Q:  How do I get a burn permit?
A: The City of Maryville does not allow burning within the city limits. If you have brush or garbage that needs to be picked up, you can call City of Maryville Engineering and Public Works at (865) 273-3302 to find out your schedule for pick up service. If you live outside the city limits and in Blount County, you can call the TN division of Forestry to get a burn permit at (865) 982-6264.

4) Q:  What is Maryville's ISO rating?
A:  Maryville Fire Department has an ISO (Insurance Services Organization) rating of 3.

5) Q:  I need assistance with my Knox Box....who do I contact?
