The City of Maryville Water and Sewer Department has announced that Amerine Road will be closed to thru traffic from Sandidge Drive to Andrea Drive on Wednesday, January 3, 2024. The road will be closed from 8:30 a.m. until approximately 7 p.m. while sewer work is underway. Traffic will be detoured to Sevierville Road.

The City of Maryville Engineering Department has announced that Manning Lane will be closed to thru traffic between Cheltenham Road and Old Knoxville Pike on Wednesday, November 8, 2023. Contractors will be installing a sanitary sewer main across Manning Lane.
The City of Maryville Engineering Department has announced that Cross Creek Drive will be closed between Grasmere Court and Carpenters Grade Road beginning Monday October 23, 2023, until Friday October 27, 2023. Contractors will be installing a sanitary sewer main across Cross Creek Drive. Residents can enter and exit the subdivision via Ludlow Drive at Carpenters Grade Road during this time.
The City of Maryville Water and Sewer Department will close Foch Street from Comfort Avenue to Foothills Mall Drive, Tuesday, October 3, 2023. The road will be closed from 8:30 a.m. until approximately 7 p.m. while crews work on sewer repairs. The closure is expected to be in place for one day only.

The City of Maryville Water and Sewer Department will close Westfield Drive from Sequoyah Avenue to Lenore Lane today, Monday, October 2, 2023. The road will be closed until approximately 7 p.m. while crews work on the sewer rehab job.

Lamar Alexander Parkway) on Friday, September 1, to perform tree removal and tree trimming near the intersection of William Blount Drive. The lane closure is expected to be in place by 8:30 a.m. with normal traffic flow being restored before noon. Holiday weekend traffic should not be affected by this lane closure.

Everett High Road to S. 4th Street today, Wednesday, August 23, 2023. The road will be closed from 8 a.m. until approximately 6:30 p.m. while crews work on sewer construction.

The City of Maryville Engineering and Public Works - Streets Department will close High Street from Court Street to College Street today, August 22, while crews are working to patch the asphalt. The closure will be in place from 8 a.m. until approximately 1 p.m.

On Tuesday, the City of Maryville Water and Sewer Department investigated an issue with the sewer main at the intersection of U.S. Hwy. 321 (Lamar Alexander Parkway) and Court Street. Following the inspection, engineers decided a section of the sewer line directly under the intersection needs repair.
To complete this work, both inside lanes of traffic in the east and westbound directions will need to be closed, including the left turn lanes. The work will begin on Saturday, August 19, at 7 a.m. and will continue until finished (approximately 7 – 8 p.m.). During this time, a right turn will be the only option for drivers on Court Street at Lamar Alexander Parkway. On Monday, August 21, the lane closures will be in effect again from 8:30 a.m. until approximately 2 p.m. Crews will be replacing the temporary patch put into place at the end of the day on Saturday, with a permanent asphalt patch on Monday. The City strongly encourages alternate routes, and if that is not possible, we ask that drivers slow down and use extreme caution while passing through the closure. Our employees will be present.
