E. Harper Ave. Bridge Repair Work to Begin Monday, June 2, 2025

East Harper Avenue will be closed to all traffic between Wright Rd. and Rice St. beginning Monday, June 2, 2025, for repairs to the bridge.

Eastbound traffic on Harper will be detoured to Broadway Ave. at Everett Ave. The westbound lane will also be detoured to Broadway at Singleton St.

The repairs are expected to be complete by the end of the day, Tuesday, June 10, 2025, weather permitting.

Lane Closures on Carpenters Grade Road

NOTICE FOR: Thursday May 29th and Monday, June 2nd

The City of Maryville Engineering and Public Works Department reports contractors have requested Carpenters Grade Road be reduced to one lane near Barrington Blvd. from 9 a.m. until approximately 3 p.m. tomorrow, May 29th and on June 2nd. Flaggers will be present to assist with traffic. Drivers are asked to use extreme caution while traveling through the work zone as crews work to install a new water line during this lane closure.

Resurfacing Work Moves to Old Niles Ferry June 2, 2025

Contractors for the city of Maryville will begin the process of repaving Old Niles Ferry Road next week. Crews are currently finishing up several streets in the Windsor Park area and will move to Old Niles Ferry immediately following completion. This part of the city-wide resurfacing project is expected to last two weeks. Work will begin at 8 a.m. and end at approximately 9 p.m. daily, weather permitting.

Resurfacing Work on Old Niles Ferry Road Begins Next Week

The City of Maryville will be resurfacing Old Niles Ferry Road from West Broadway Avenue to the city limit line. Surface milling is expected to begin Wednesday, May 28, 2025, followed by road resurfacing. The work is expected to be complete by June 3, 2025. The road will be open to traffic with flagging operations utilizing one lane of traffic. Motorists are encouraged to utilize alternate routes to avoid travel delays.

Currently a resurfacing project in the Windsor Park and Windsor Manor subdivisions, and Duncan Road is underway. This work is expected to be complete by May 30th weather permitting.

The City of Maryville Water and Sewer Department will close High St. to through traffic between College St. and Crawford St. from 8 a.m. until approximately 6 p.m. to repair a sewer main.

Access to businesses on High St. will be maintained. Motorists needing to access businesses from 310 High St. to 416 High St. will need to enter from Washington St. and motorists needing to access businesses from 206 High St. to 260 High St. will need to do so from S. Court St.
