Doxim, the third-party provider, did not transfer password or payment information to the new payment portal to protect personal information.

Enrollees will need their utility billing account number and the mailing address zip code available to complete the easy 3 step enrollment. The account number will be on text messages or email messages from previous payments.
Customers who use our Auto Draft option (done at the City with a voided check using the account and routing number) you will NOT need to re-enroll. If you would prefer to use this method (no fees are charged for this) please come by the City during business hours with a voided check to enroll.
