Treatment will tentatively start Thursday, June 25, weather permitting.
TO AVOID BEING TOWED: Cars must be removed for the street between 7:30AM and 5PM.
The City of Maryville has contracted Pavement Technology to apply Reclamite, a pavement preservation treatment. This process helps extend a road’s service life for several years an help slow aging, and extends roadway life, reducing long-term paving costs.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁
• Crews will clean the roadway and apply the treatment
• The material absorbs in about 30 minutes
• A light sand will be placed and swept up the following day
• Roads typically reopen within 30–60 minutes
• Please drive slowly (under 10 MPH)
• Pavement may feel slightly tacky—this is normal and temporary
• You may see slight tracking on driveways, this will fade in several weeks
