PUBLIC NOTICE 

CITY OF MARYVILLE STORMWATER MANAGEMENT PLAN AND STORMWATER ORDINANCE REVISIONS
 
The City of Maryville developed and implemented a Stormwater Management Program. In accordance with the requirements set forth in the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Small Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (MA4) Permit (TNS000000), the City must provide formal Public Notice for the Stormwater Management Program. Additionally, in compliance with the regulations of the State of Tennessee 2022 MS4 Permit, the City is revising its Grading, Soil Erosion and Sediment Control Ordinance (click here) and Vegetated Buffer Zone and Stormwater Quality Management Ordinance (click here). 

The City of Maryville would like to invite the public to comment on the Stormwater Management Program and the proposed ordinance changes.
