Grounds Maintenance Worker
A Grounds Maintenance Worker performs semiskilled work mowing, seeding, planting, pruning, trimming, spraying and fertilizing grass, trees, shrubs, bushes, hedges and flowers, performing a variety of landscaping and grounds maintenance activities, operating, maintaining and repairing equipment, and related work as apparent or assigned. Work is performed under the regular supervision of the Grounds Maintenance Crew Leader.

Essential Functions:
- Prepares a wide variety of technical engineering reports, regulatory reports, standard operating procedures, manuals, emergency response plans, minutes, public correspondence and other documentation.
