Have you ever wanted to experience the life of a firefighter? ​The city of Maryville Fire Department invites Citizens to be part of the Citizens Fire Academy. The Fire Department appreciates the opportunity to establish a more direct connection with the citizens they serve and for residents to get a behind-the-scenes perspective of the Maryville Fire Department. 
Next Class Coming Soon
This dynamic ten-week class offers live demonstrations, classroom learning, and hands-on, interactive experiences. Students will learn directly from the men and women of the Maryville Fire Department about topics ranging from basic emergency skills to advanced firefighting techniques.

​*An optional Saturday class will be held for members who wish to be certified in CPR - time and date TBD.

Any citizen or employee of Maryville who is:
  • At least 18 years old
  • Has no felony convictions
