Public Records Requests

The City's public records request policy is consistent with the Tennessee Public Records Act.

Tennessee residents with proof of residency may request copies or review of records through the Public Records Request Coordinator (or designee) by completing a Records Request Form provided through this link (a secure email exchange.)

Fees may be associated with your request and notification will be provided if the request is unable to be completed.
