Maryville Spring Cleaning Event!

READY TO TAKE THE CHALLENGE?
Whether someone challenged you or you want to start your own challenge, the end result is more trash picked up from our beautiful landscapes and more pollution removed from the environment. Thank you for your willingness to help - our community is the best!!

It's easy to do.

Take a photo before, and then clean up the area. When you are finished, take another photo from the same view.
Or show a picture of your collected items afterward - a lot of our areas have litter spread out and it's hard to get a photo.

Post your pictures on Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram with the hashtag #TrashtagMaryville
You can also use the tag #trashtag to be part of a larger, international trash cleanup movement.

Be sure to tag us, too! @MaryvilleCity (Facebook and Twitter) @cityofmaryville (Instagram).

Don't use social media? No problem! Email your photos to jmgroff@maryville-tn.gov and we will post them on this page!

Individuals can get gloves, bags, and other supplies from Keep Blount Beautiful.

We can't wait to see what you accomplish!
