The Development Services Department coordinates planning and development activities within the City. The main goal of the City's development efforts is to protect and strengthen the community and neighborhoods while also encouraging business and real estate development that will enlarge our tax base, create and retain jobs, and provide for high quality developments that will enhance the quality of life for the citizens of Maryville.
