Regarding TVA's Rate Increase
The TVA board approved a 5.25% base rate increase effective October 1, 2024. This increase is automatically passed through to our end-use electric customers and will take effect with October billing cycles.  The effective retail rate for each class of electric customer will be determined by the new wholesale rate schedule from TVA. Retail rates for all classes of electric customers are posted each month above on this page (click on "Current Electric Rates").
