Global Communications, a subcontractor for Charter Spectrum, will be installing underground fiber in The Park at Royal Oaks, a subdivision off Morganton Road in the coming weeks.
To accomplish this project crews will be digging an entry pit along the side of the roadway so the boring machine will have access underneath the road.
