Intersection Closed for Sewer Tap Work

Notice for Wednesday, December 10, 2025

The City of Maryville Water and Sewer Department will close the intersection of Eastwood Drive and Northwood Drive today. This closure will be in effect from 9 a.m. until approximately 3 p.m. while crews work on a sewer tap construction project.

Expect Delays on Carpenters Grade Road – Wednesday, December 3, 2025

The City of Maryville Water and Sewer Department will be working on a sewer crossing on Carpenters Grade Road tomorrow between Kensington Blvd. and Peterson Ln. Carpenters Grade is already reduced to one lane, and this work will create additional delays between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. Motorists are encouraged to use an alternate route.

Water Service Interruption Notice for Kirkland Estates on September 30, 2025

On Tuesday, September 30, 2025 the City of Maryville Water and Sewer Department will be working to relocate a water line on Kirkland Blvd. Residents from 1905 to 2060 Kirkland Blvd. will be without water service from 9 a.m. until approximately 11 a.m.

The City of Maryville Water and Sewer Department will close Brown School Road on Tuesday, September 30 between Old Knoxville Pike and Cheltenham Road. This closure will be in effect from 8 a.m. until approximately 2 p.m. while crews work on a sewer lateral replacement.

Lane Closure and Water Service Interruption on Peterson Lane Tuesday, Sept. 9, 2025

The City of Maryville Water and Sewer Department reports a water service interruption will be in place today, on Peterson Lane between Sugarwood Drive and Carpenters Grade Road. This interruption will be in effect from 8:30 a.m. until 1 p.m. while crews work on repairing and tying in water lines.

Additionally, Peterson Lane will be reduced to one lane until approximately 4 p.m. today as well.

The City of Maryville Water and Sewer Department is working to repair a water main break on Carpenters Grade Road. Residents along Carpenters Grade between Bert Garner Lane and Peterson Lane will be without water service until approximately 1 p.m. today.
