The City of Maryville Water and Sewer Department will have Front St. closed from Hannah Ave. to Kittrell Ave. today, Thursday, January 26, from 8:30 a.m. until approximately 5:30 p.m. Crews will be working on sewer construction.

The Wastewater Plant Technician / Operator performs intermediate technical work in the operation and maintenance of a wastewater treatment plant, taking samples, reading gauges and charts, performing routine tests, assisting to ensure proper plant operation, and maintaining records and files.

Crews will make one final pass through all neighborhoods without observing zone times for this last collection. All leaves in all zones should be at the curb at this time. Leaves should be placed in your front yard, not in a ditch or near the drainage system, as this could clog up your storm drain.
