Field Workers Will Collect Data in the City through January
Maryville, TN – The city of Maryville has contracted with DLZ National, Inc. to provide an ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) transition plan for the City. Part of the work provided is field data collection on City right-of-ways. LDA Engineering, a subcontractor for DLZ, will be collecting images, measurements and other accessibility-related information in order to complete the study. Field workers will be wearing LDA Engineering identification and safety vests and will collect data on City sidewalks, ramps, crosswalks, parking areas and other right-of-way areas. Work began December 13 and is expected to continue for several months.
