Phase I of the project nearing completion
Contractors are expected to wrap up paving Foch Street by the end of the day on Tuesday, December 13. When the paving is completed, the road will be temporarily striped with painted pavement markings.
The Foothills Mall Drive Extension and Foch Street are expected to be opened to traffic before Christmas. The contractor will have until February 2023 to place sod and final markings when temperatures allow.
Phase II of this project, which will extend Foothills Mall Drive to McCammon Avenue, behind Rural King, is in the design stage at this time. Phase II is expected to be completed in 2027.
