Update 10:30 a.m.: Our water plant phone number is an independent line that uses a different service provider. Urgent calls can be made to this number and the plant personnel can get the information to us within the City. 865-982-7990.
Additionally, the electric outage management line is also on a different service and is working. 865-983-8722.

The City's phone service is part of a widespread outage across the state due to storm damage. We have no landline service at any of our city buildings.
