To accommodate the event, the city will be closing certain facilities and roads in the area as early as Thursday, June 24.

Thursday:
- Founders Square Parking Lot (near CBBC Bank) all day
- W. Broadway Avenue from Cates Street to Cusick Street beginning at 7 p.m.
- Municipal Garage Parking Lot (near Blue Tick Tavern) all day
- W. Broadway Avenue from Cates Street to Patton Avenue
- Cusick Street from Church Avenue to Harper Avenue
- Court Street from Broadway Avenue to Harper Avenue
- College Street from Broadway Avenue to Harper Avenue
Saturday Reopening Times
- Cusick Street, Court Street, College Street and Founders Square Parking will reopen at 5 p.m.
- The Municipal Parking Lot will reopen at 7 p.m.
- W. Broadway Ave from Cates Street to Cusick Street will reopen as soon as possible after street is cleared (approximately 8 p.m.)
