Updated Blount County Road Closings Due to Flooding

Update Feb. 24 9:25 p.m.
All National Weather Service advisories for Blount County have expired. 
Maryville, Alcoa, Blount County, and TDOT have reopened a few of the roads listed at the end of this post as water has receded or as trees have been removed. Most are still closed. Please continue to watch for standing water, and do not drive around barricades.

The National Weather Service has extended the flood warning for Blount County to 1:15 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 24. A wind advisory has been issued from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m. Sunday.

Blount County Emergency Management and GIS has created this map with ongoing road closing and reopening information.
The National Weather Service has extended the flood warning for Blount County to 4:15 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 24

This list is not necessarily comprehensive as conditions change rapidly. These are roads and locations where barricades and closures have been or are still in place. Please do not drive around barricades, and if you see standing water on the road even if a barricade is not present, please turn around.
