Maryville Codes Enforcement is responsible for the administration and enforcement of regulations that govern the occupancy, use, and construction or renovation of new and existing buildings. The Building Inspector works within Maryville Codes Enforcement performing building, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical code inspections of residential, commercial and industrial properties. The Building Inspector enforces various codes and regulations.
